Consultations and Appointments

Consultations may be conducted in person at our Atlanta studio or virtually.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. We request adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Orders and Production

All garments are custom-made specifically for each client based on approved designs, selected fabrics, and confirmed measurements.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and seasonal demand.

Fittings

The Bespoke By Noir process may include:

• Consultation

• Fabric Selection

• Measurements

• Muslin Fitting

• Additional Fittings if Required

• Final Fitting

• Delivery

Client participation in scheduled fittings is essential to achieving the intended fit and finish of the garment.

Payments

A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule prior to final delivery of the garment.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays in delivery.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke garments, all sales are generally considered final once fabric has been ordered or production has commenced.

Deposits paid toward custom garments are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Bespoke By Noir in exceptional circumstances.

Alterations

Reasonable alterations related to fit may be provided within an agreed adjustment period following delivery.

Significant body measurement changes occurring after fittings are completed may result in additional alteration charges.

Fabric Availability

Occasionally, selected fabrics may become unavailable due to supplier inventory limitations. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be presented for approval before production continues.

Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Bespoke By Noir shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, branding, and marketing materials are the property of Bespoke By Noir and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke By Noir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
